We want to pass our gratitude to Kim for her wonderful assistance in securing a rental property for my family. We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way. I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose.
