I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

Professionalism. She listened and understood our needs. She provided us with numerous options. She showed she cared. She knows all the areas we wanted to see. She made appointments promptly. She communicated promptly and effectively. She represented our interests. She made referrals to support us. And after we moved in she still connects with us to continue the relationship. Very close follow-ups, Kiara seemed to come across as very personable without being too overpowering. Even though the deal did not materialize, the experience was still overwhemingly positive.
