We have had to move several times due to our jobs, and having lived abroad for many years, we know exactly what we want when it comes to our accommodation. Rosa really took the time to understand our needs and was incredibly attentive to our requirements, making sure we did not have to compromise on anything. Our expectations for the size and location were quite high, but with Rosa's expertise, we were able to find the perfect apartment in Hong Kong. We are now happily settled in a beautiful apartment in Mid-Levels, and we could not be more satisfied. Rosa is truly an expert in her field, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home that truly fits their personal preferences and needs, rather than just settling for what is available on the market.

His patient, guiding demeanour meant that we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the house search process and decided to work exclusively with okay. Even after finding our dream apartment, Anil worked with the landlord to ensure a transparent handover and move in process providing a truly end to end premium service.

Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods.
