Each floor in Tower 2 has eight units in saleable sizes varying from 586 to 2,052 sq.ft. with several units offering a balcony. Phase 3 comprises 40 units in total. Phase 2 and 3 offer a choice of layouts from one to four bedrooms. VILLA CECIL also provides fine recreational amenities, including a swimming pool and car parking spaces to serve residents' needs.
