We first contacted OKAY.com in June 2016 as soon as we knew we were moving to Discovery Bay from abroad. With Nina’s understanding of our wants, needs and concerns the whole house hunting experience in a foreign place couldn’t have been smoother or more stress free. Every doubt, paperwork, law and other local bureaucracies were explained to us promptly. Without Nina's commitment, professionalism, dedication, efficiency and DB knowledge we wouldn’t have found the perfect home for our family. Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides. I want to thank Jayde for the time that she put into helping my wife and I find a new home. We were looking to break our original lease and move into a new place – but only if we could replace our existing tenancy.
