Fiona was such a great help to us when relocating to HK. From getting a shortlist together, multiple viewings, negotiating with the landlord for the rent of our chosen apartment, to helping us moving and setting up utilities, she was a huge help. Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok!
