Throughout the past couple months, you have been working with us in a very professional and sincere attitude to search for an apartment which is suitable for my family. You are always on time and well prepared. Sorry that due to some family issues that we have to stop looking for an apartment in the mean time. We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.
