Mr. Shek made the process simple and easy for renting our property, and we appreciated his expertise, patience, politeness, efficiency, and professionalism. We had only 2 days to find our new house in Hong Kong. Andrea quickly understood what we were looking for. She selected only houses which matched with our criteria. Andrea is super professional, everything was prepared, no waste of time and we did it! We found the perfect match thanks to Andrea. Cherry on the cake, when we moved in, we found a bottle of champagne with a lovely message from Andrea. « Home is not a place, it’s a feeling » and it’s true!

Andrea is professional, patient, practical and understood our needs in terms of apartment size, layout and location. She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out. After sales service was fantastic as well. Super helpful.
