It was a pleasure working with Jayde to let my apartment, she was brilliant and efficient meaning a contract was signed and tenants moved in within a week of the initial viewing.

If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. With so many ways to find an apartment in Hong Kong it's hard to know where to go and who to trust. From the very beginning I felt that Flo was on my side. She didn't push me until she knew I was ready and only showed me apartments that would actually be suitable. This saved a whole lot of time and stress. The appointments were well organized and after deciding to make an offer, Flo made an agreement with the landlord within an hour. After that everything was so smooth, she set up all the utilities and made sure everything in the apartment was working properly. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
