Shirley has re-defined the HK estate agent experience for us. She is knowledgeable, driven and easy to work with. She has helped us find an amazing flat and has assisted with all aspects of moving house. Even scheduling the gas man, switching our electric and water and hooking us up with the quickest internet installation we have ever seen. She is always responsive and eager to help any way she can. It has been a pleasure having her as our agent and will contact her next time we move.

Sonam was absolutely fantastic in helping me find home in Hong Kong. First, she is pleasant, balanced and reliable. She does not just communicate for sake of winning business but genuinely tries to understand client’s situation and circumstances, and then customises suitable viewings. She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. She is quick, communicates effectively and shares her views, often highlighting cons of why a place may not suit despite client going ‘Wow’ at first glance. She is thorough on documentation, commands good understanding of tenancy agreement and market nuances.
