I would like to thank Janis for her professional ability in closing the sales deal on my property. She understands buyer preferences very well and was very tactful in presenting documents on the premises. The property I wanted to sell was rather old so if the agent did not study the property well, it could have been a difficult sale. After she contacted me, the sale was done within 1 week. We were very impressed with Ruby's knowledge of the market, attention to detail and particularly, the time that she took after the sale had completed to ensure that we were able to move in and enjoy the property without any trouble. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues. We would certainly recommend Ruby.

Carment is very helpful and super responsive. He will keep searching the best apartment for us based on our preferences. Excellent service!
