Josephine has been brilliant in helping us find an apartment that works for our family. She was always available within the minutes to take us for apartment viewing. She took time to explain to us any legal, government related policies that we need to be aware off. She also did a great job negotiating the rent and making both us and the landlord feel comfortable that we are making right decision. Thank you Josephine for all your help.

He was very straightforward and easy to deal with and very proactive in helping me get everything organized with the landlord and utility companies and with lots of useful tips on the housing/utility issues in Hong Kong.
