Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in. I have a very particular taste with real estate, given I grew up living in custom designed houses. Ingrid has been very patient with me and very professional as she has always come well prepared to show properties. She has showed me about a dozen properties but never tried to pressurise me and always put my best interest first which I truly appreciate. Ingrid is also very pleasant to interact with, and it was a great pleasure to be supported by her.

Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! We have our flat up for sale for quite a while until Shirley came to help. She managed to close out the deal efficiently and at a reasonably good price to our satisfaction. I trust she is an ideal agent anyone would want to have her service in the property market.
