Ms. Sayaka showed me some flats on Conduit Road, Old Peak Road and Sai Ying Pun area. She was always attentive to me and understood my preference. Her replies regarding my questions/ requests were fast. I would say she is the one who understands client’s needs and timing. We recently moved house within Clearwater Bay and approached Kim to help source an appropriate property for our large family. From the outset Kim was friendly, easy to approach and instantly available when we texted or called with queries. She was prompt in finding suitable properties for us to view and we had the impression she was being very honest with us, an unusual trait with many other real estate agents. It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork. Suk Yin (Shirley) was very supportive and patient in finding me the best apartment. I’d provide her with ideas here and there and she always responded back quickly with many options. She’d also prepared booklet for every viewing as well as detailed handover report at the end, which I find to be very nice features the company provides.
