After living in Hong Kong for many years and acquiring multiple properties here, I met Ruby while looking for a specific type of investment property. I wish I had known her from day one. She's smart, understands the market well, works hard and has the ability to bring seller and buyer (or landlord/tenant) together in a charming, yet businesslike way that is simply very effective. I contacted Stephanie after seeing a place on the okay.com website that I thought would suit my family. She responded to my queries and questions extremely quickly and did as much as she possibly could to make the move to our new home seamless. Stephanie is one of the most positive and approachable people I have met and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the moving process she was on hand to liaise with the landlord including negotiations about rent and requests for alterations on the property as well as, giving advise on a number of issues that arose. Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms.
