We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.

Kim has been a massive help to our family -not only helping us to find a house and complete the necessary paperwork but also helping us to settle into life in HK. We can’t thank her enough for her expertise in helping to guide us through an unfamiliar rental process as well as providing contacts such as a curtain provider, a handy man and even a babysitter. Martina was kind, patient and always available to help. She set up numerous viewings, lists of potential apartments for us and went above and beyond to help us find a new home. This is invaluable, especially as it took us all a long time to find the apartment that best suited my husband and I. We couldn’t be more thankful and grateful.
