The SORRENTO is above the MTR Kowloon (Tung Chung line) station in Western Kowloon. One of the most prestigious residential developments in the area, it is situated a short distance from Kowloon’s core commercial center, Yau Tsim Mong district, and next to the West Kowloon station ( high-speed rail). The project was jointly developed by The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd. and Mass Transit Railway Corporation and designed by architects, Wong & Ouyang (HK) Ltd. Phase 2 includes Towers 1 and 2, which have from 6 to 8 units per floor with a saleable area of 870 sq.ft. to 2,010 sq.ft. The 8/F units feature a private flat roof while units on 55/F or above have balconies. The top floors of Tower 1 feature duplexes.
