Sereno Verde - Block 6 蝶翠峰 - 6座

My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. We were moving after 15 years in Estoril Court and also downsizing. We used more than one agent, but Sonam was the most responsive and showed us the best apartments in Central Mid-levels that met our requirements. Sonam seemed to know the landlord well and have his trust, and she helped us achieve terms that met our parameters. Apart from selecting and securing the property itself, Sonam was also helpful in recommending or referring third parties like movers to assist in our move. Before, during and after the move, Sonam has remained involved in discussions with the landlord, getting renovations completed by him and helping us with utilities and other related matters. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Ragers Woo for his outstanding assistance in helping us find our ideal home through OKAY.com. As a family with pets, our search for a suitable residence in the city was never an easy task. We needed a place that could cater to our transportation needs while providing ample space for our beloved furry companions. Mr. Woo proved to be an exceptional property agent, displaying the utmost patience, care, and professionalism throughout the entire process. He genuinely listened to our concerns and took them seriously when showing us potential flats. His response time was commendable, and he always promptly relayed our messages to the landlord, which greatly facilitated our decision-making process. Thanks to Mr. Woo's invaluable assistance, we confidently decide to rent our current flat.

Nora is a great agent. Very reliable and efficient. She was very reactive and gave us a good selection of choice in our budget.
