We would like to compliment one of your employees Mr. Calvin Shek, for the excellent service he has provided us last week. Mr. Shek made the process simple and easy for renting our property, and we appreciated his expertise, patience, politeness, efficiency, and professionalism. We have come across many real estate agents, yet it has been such a pleasure working with Mr. Shek, and we will for sure refer him to our friends.

Flo was very professional and so easy to work with. She was very efficient and always took into consideration everything I wanted as a customer. She remembers the small details, which is much appreciated! Finding an apartment that I liked was stress free and we managed to find one much quicker than I anticipated because I am quite picky. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.
