I am writing to you about my outstanding experience with Joanne Cheung. Joanne has been a Godsend! I needed to relocate to Hong Kong for work. Thanks to her guidance, patience, tenacity, and consummate professionalism, I was able to secure the MOST beautiful apartment in all off Hong Kong!! She took care of vital communications to the landlord to ensure I would succeed. She took videos, answered dozens of my questions. She was available morning, noon, and night. She went so above and beyond. Her work effort is unparalleled. You have an incredible colleague in Joanne Cheung. I work with hundreds of professionals globally. She deserves to hold a very high position at the agency. She should train others and take very high commissions. She is truly special. I am exceedingly grateful for her time and effort. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!
