Tammy went above and beyond in helping us find and settle into our new home! Having an electronic lock was one of our top/mandatory requirement but it wasn’t easy to find a suitable lock due the unusual shape of the door. Tammy reached out to a lot of contractors and lock companies and managed to find us a suitable one in the end. He was very straightforward and easy to deal with and very proactive in helping me get everything organized with the landlord and utility companies and with lots of useful tips on the housing/utility issues in Hong Kong.
