I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

Although we considered several different property agents in Hong Kong, my husband and I are so glad we went with OKAY.com. Flo was professional, courteous, organized and efficient. She understand what we were looking for, showed persistence when we felt discouraged, and demonstrated excellent intuition by showing us a flat in an area we hadn't even considered. We fell in love and it has become our home. Even after moving in, Flo has kept in touch and provided help for us in every aspect of moving into our place and adjusting to life in HK. We are thrilled and will be recommending Flo to anyone looking for a home in this city.
