Flo was so patient with my search, she really spent time to understand my needs and preferences and was never pushy, unlike the other agents I’ve come across.

We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Afterward, she worked around the clock to help with contract arrangement, stamp duty, flat inspection, handover, etc. All of them require smooth communication, a heart for details, and work with time differences (my time zone is 8 hours behind that in HK). Helena is always proactive in attitude and extremely thoughtful in all aspects. She is a natural problem solver who is always ready to go the extra mile to help her clients. That is just such a blessing for me who is trying to overcome challenges managing a flat remotely.
