Thanks Jayde for helping us to find our flat. We knew we would find it comfortable and it ticked the majority of our boxes when we saw it originally. Now that we've actually moved our stuff into the flat, we're very happy with it and feel settled remarkably quickly. Throughout the process, Jayde has provided a good range of options for us to explore and made herself available when required. She provided good advice when we needed and was not pushy or trying to upsell us. We would definitely come back to Jayde when we need to move again.

Shirley has taken care of my rental matters for many years. Her meticulous and thoughtful service left a deep impression on me. After fully understanding my requirements, she carefully sorted out the potential houses and arranged the viewing plan and itinerary so that I could find the house I wanted in the shortest possible time. She was also able to communicate effectively with the landlords and arranged the agreement sign off quickly so that we could move in as early as possible. The whole experience was very enjoyable. Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful. Jane had good knowledge of negotiating and how different landlords are open to different types of offers. This was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Jane.
