I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Usually, the agent is difficult to contact and of no help once they have closed the sale, but Ruby was there all the way through, even to the point of following up days after we had moved in to solve a couple of minor issues.
