Kim was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout our home search process. She even went above and beyond the call of her job by letting our little one use the bathroom in her house for an emergency stop! Her knowledge of the area is supreme and she also saved us valuable time by already knowing places extremely well or viewing them ahead of time and providing valuable feedback. We will definitely recommend Kim to any of our friends when they are looking to move - and not just for the Clearwater Bay and Sai Kung area but for places in general. We sincerely thank her for all of her help and time and we look forward to getting in touch with her when we are ready for our next move.

We have had to move several times due to our jobs, and having lived abroad for many years, we know exactly what we want when it comes to our accommodation. Rosa really took the time to understand our needs and was incredibly attentive to our requirements, making sure we did not have to compromise on anything. Our expectations for the size and location were quite high, but with Rosa's expertise, we were able to find the perfect apartment in Hong Kong. We are now happily settled in a beautiful apartment in Mid-Levels, and we could not be more satisfied. We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment. Amazingly, we went from notice of move, to getting the place, decorating, moving in and hand-over in less than 3 weeks! Really appreciate all her support.
