I am a recent expat [that] relocated to HK from Spain. I contacted OKAY.com to show properties around Happy Valley. I've always found moving house very stressful, but working with Amelia meant this was my smoothest move to date. She arranged viewings one day after we first connected, and my new lease was signed just two days later! She negotiated well on my behalf to secure a more favourable deal.
