Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. I really can’t recommend her enough, and anyone lucky to get Flo as their agent will soon think the same I’m sure.
