As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. Shirley helped me ultimately rent the dream apartment. I was very impressed by her tenacity and her grit to get things done. She knew how to position my background and story to ensure that I could beat another bidder for a rental property (even when the terms were slightly better than mine as i was told). She was also very efficient and effective in sorting out all the small details of renting including gas, water, electricity as well as sorting out insurance.
