I had a great experience with Shirley - she understood what I was looking for in a property instantly and supplied a good amount of leads. She helped to arrange all inspections in one day and I was able to secure the property I wanted the most in a super competitive market - she made the whole process seamless and pain free! Following the signing, she also helped to arrange various utilities connections and touch up of the property. I would highly recommend her service to anyone who’s relocating to HK.

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

I highly recommend Sonam to anyone looking to rent out their apartment in Hong Kong. She is a true rockstar! She helped me rent out my apartment twice, both during the COVID-19 pandemic when I was stuck out of the country. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, from the handover from the previous tenants to finding new tenants. She even suggested and coordinated touch-up work, helped with inventory checks, and took detailed photos and video walk-throughs. She was also great at getting prospective clients to the door and handling the entire process of coordinating viewings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations. She made the entire process stress-free, even though it should have been anything but. I would have been a total mess without her! Sonam is a lovely, positive, and pleasant person to deal with. She is also very knowledgeable about the Hong Kong rental market. I quickly came to consider her a friend, not just an agent. I can't thank her enough for all her help!
