Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.

Kiara is a phenomenal letting agent: reliable, flexible and professional. She was easy to contact and extremely helpful in every aspect of finding and securing the perfect rental property for me. Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything.
