Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past. Once again I was impressed by the quality of tenants, speed and professionalism of Jayde’s service, with another agreement signed within a day of viewing. I am sure we will continue to work with Jayde in the future due to the fantastic combination of her skills and the broad client base of her company.

It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it!
