I want to thank Jayde for the time that she put into helping my wife and I find a new home. We were looking to break our original lease and move into a new place – but only if we could replace our existing tenancy. Jayde’s commitment to helping us find a place all the while whilst we were unable to break lease was ramped up when she helped list our property too. In our 4 month search we saw over 50 places around Happy Valley/Mid-Levels with many agencies, but it was Jayde’s attitude and enthusiasm which stood out and made us trust her and continue to search with OKAY.com. Eventually we found the right place, and with Jayde’s suggestion we negotiated a fair rental with all parties happy. When it came to the handover, it was a swift process which is a testament to Jayde’s professionalism. At no point in the process did we feel let down or on our own - which is very important especially when dealing with the stresses of moving. I have no hesitation in recommending Jayde and OKAY.com.

Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. Very professional, very comfortable to talk to and visit tour , very nice and pleasant person , very helpful. I finely didn’t move but yes I will definitely contact Susie next time I will look for a other apartment . Thank you Susie!
