Thank you to Nina and OKAY.com for the excellent service that you provided myself and my wife in securing our rental property. Your service went above and beyond starting with spending the day with my wife Tara and then myself as we flew in and out of HK looking for properties. Your knowledge of the area, openness and transparency about what the "reasonable" rental price of the individual properties should be and the convenience of your golf cart made the experience of apartment hunting an unexpected pleasure. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
