...Andrea has been an absolute delight to work with. She is not only very friendly but most importantly understands the requirements of her clients very well. From the moment we discussed my move [to Hong Kong] I instantly felt reassured that the stressful process of finding a place to call home was going to be easier than I anticipated (I even cancelled the vast number of other agents I was planning on working with). No requests seemed too hard. This includes my request to view a total of 28 properties in one day to being happy to secure the handover on a Sunday. Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.
