I have been looking for an apartment for a while. Having recently moved to Hong Kong, it was important to find a place that worked well. Jayde was pretty quick to put options in front of me, within a month I was moved into my new apartment in CWB and she managed to negotiate significantly on the price.

We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature. We liked the fact that she was not pushy and listened to our needs when searching for an apartment unlike most agents who tended to waste our time by showing us flats that didn't come close to meeting our requirements. I met with many agents but Shirley was by far the most attentive and helpful one. She understood my requirements right away and started showing me all my options which led me to get a better understanding of the market situation.
