I would like to thank Janis for her professional ability in closing the sales deal on my property. She understands buyer preferences very well and was very tactful in presenting documents on the premises. The property I wanted to sell was rather old so if the agent did not study the property well, it could have been a difficult sale. After she contacted me, the sale was done within 1 week. I had another offer and she succeeded in obtaining a higher offer. Thank you Janis!

Andrea was such a great help in finding us an apartment. She quickly clued on to what we were looking for and didn't waste time trying to push us to go with something we weren't happy with. She also gave up her time and waited over half an hour when I was late for an appointment. We really appreciated having someone help us that we trusted, and who actually listened to our requests. After some horrors in HK, we were so happy we found her!

It was a pleasure dealing with Janis in selling my apartment recently. At all times I found her very professional and obliging. One particular aspect that I liked was her proficiency in English which is a major criteria for me in choosing a property agent as it makes things easier with negotiations etc. I would very much like to be able to work with her again in the future.
