Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy. I really can’t recommend her enough, and anyone lucky to get Flo as their agent will soon think the same I’m sure.

Helena was extremely helpful and responsive. She worked hard to fully understand our needs and tailor the viewings accordingly, so we didn't waste any time looking at unsuitable properties. Sonam was a huge resource for us when my husband and I moved back from Singapore earlier this year. We had specific requirements and she worked tirelessly to find us the home we had always been hoping for at La Hacienda on the peak, even negotiating our tenancy agreement with the landlord down to the last degree. She is a fantastic real estate agent who really looks out for her clients, and always brings a positive and pleasant disposition to all of her viewings. She has a really good grasp of the rental market trends, and a long and varied list of landlords that she has worked with in the past which gave us the ability to see the most number of places in the least amount of time before we boarded our flight back to HK! What really surprised us is the level of 'after-market' service that she brings, checking in with us even months later to make sure everything is going smoothly. Would highly recommend her services and cannot speak more highly of her skills in this market!
