I have engaged Kim’s services on multiple occasions over many years to help with finding new rentals of various forms in Clear Water Bay, and more recently relocating back to Hong Kong Island. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms.
