I highly recommend Sonam to anyone looking to rent out their apartment in Hong Kong. She is a true rockstar! She helped me rent out my apartment twice, both during the COVID-19 pandemic when I was stuck out of the country. She went above and beyond to help me with everything, from the handover from the previous tenants to finding new tenants. She even suggested and coordinated touch-up work, helped with inventory checks, and took detailed photos and video walk-throughs. She was also great at getting prospective clients to the door and handling the entire process of coordinating viewings, follow-ups, and contract negotiations. She made the entire process stress-free, even though it should have been anything but. I would have been a total mess without her! Sonam is a lovely, positive, and pleasant person to deal with. She is also very knowledgeable about the Hong Kong rental market. I quickly came to consider her a friend, not just an agent. I can't thank her enough for all her help!

I selected the properties I liked and was also able to provide comments on why something was worth viewing or not to avoid wasting any more time. Upon meeting Jayde for viewings, she was prompt and ready to go with a detailed portfolio of what we would be seeing that day. Opening the door to the 2nd property we viewed, I knew this was it! Jayde had found it - my own little paradise in HK! She shared in my excitement and ensured a smooth experience through the whole process. I'll certainly be referring Jayde and OKAY.com!
