Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

Dawson was an amazing help getting the dream apartment in Hong Kong in a very short period of time. He was highly professional, organized, flexible and accommodating! He prepared a detailed briefing according to my needs so that I could visit the apartments straight after landing in Hong Kong. After understanding my needs in detail, he tailored the offering and negotiated with all parties involved on my behalf. The whole process was managed highly efficiently - especially important since I had to fly out after just two weeks and had only very limited time to select the flat.
