Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

We worked with Rosa McCann to find a suitable apartment to rent in Hong Kong. We greatly appreciated her professionalism, as well as her profound knowledge of the Hong Kong real estate market, her “antenna” for the client’s needs and her valuable contacts. The communication was perfect throughout the whole process, the apartment offers were selected according to our priorities and the apartment viewings were flawlessly prepared. This has reduced the difficult and stressful moments of looking for an apartment to a minimum. Cherie was extremely attentive in detail and gave us so much comfort in finding the unit which we were looking for. She also put so much effort in dealing with the owner during and after negotiations and we were very impressed with her ability to handle challenges.
