Jayde enthusiastically promoted our apartment and through her professional and efficient service found excellent tenants for us. We were very impressed with the liaison she provided between us, as the landlord, and the couple who rented our apartment. Jayde responded quickly to enquiries from both parties and always had a smile and helpful suggestions. We look forward to working with her again in the future.

Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

I am very pleased with the help from Shirley. She is very nice, incredibly hard working and responds to messages promptly. She is always well prepared on the choices according to my preference. I am confident that Shirley will be able to help to find the perfect home for everyone else. I would highly recommend Shirley to my friend for home searching :)
