Dear Josephine, You have been a godsend agent to us. Thank you for the clear communication right at the beginning and working with our schedule, Paris time, HK time. As soon as we touched down, you have organised a few flats for viewing. We really appreciate the care you took to listen to us. When we stubbornly narrowed our focus on the Repulse Bay towers, you delivered to us the perfect property at the right time!

We are appreciative of the extra effort she made in understanding our needs answering hundreds of questions we had and generally pointing us in the right direction on a suitable area to live. The other aspect that we valued was her ability to manage our expectations and provide transparency around the tenancy process. It meant that we didn’t have any surprises to deal with along the way. Sonam was absolutely fantastic in helping me find home in Hong Kong. First, she is pleasant, balanced and reliable. She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. She is thorough on documentation, commands good understanding of tenancy agreement and market nuances.
