Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in. I have a very particular taste with real estate, given I grew up living in custom designed houses. Ingrid has been very patient with me and very professional as she has always come well prepared to show properties. She has showed me about a dozen properties but never tried to pressurise me and always put my best interest first which I truly appreciate. I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!

Shirley is a very professional person, she understood well our needs, and was always looking for new apartment to show to us.
