This is the second time I work with Dawson. He has been great and very helpful! He is patient and listens to my needs and what I’m looking for. He is also very detail oriented and I would definitely recommend him!

Working with Rosa to find an apartment in Hong Kong was a fantastic experience. She is well connected, highly experienced and extremely competent. She helped us to quickly identify a great new home here in Hong Kong. We only had a very limited time available for the search on the ground. Therefore, it was extremely helpful that Rosa helped us to pre-select the most suitable apartments before we travelled to Hong Kong for the viewings. Communicating with Rosa was always easy and once we had decided on the apartment, she also kindly helped us to set everything up (from curtains to electricity). This made our move to Hong Kong very smooth and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering moving to Hong Kong! 

Cherie is an amazing agent. She enquired about my requirements, was patient right from the start and was exceedingly selective in showing me the right listings that matched my requirements. Cherie did not push the transaction even though it was quite clear I had a strong preference for one of the apartments she showed me; instead, she expressed openness to consider the pros and cons with me and helped me settle my choice. Cherie is kind, well-spoken and understands the area well. Finally, the paperwork was prepared and presented in a timely manner; it was accurate and all of the formalities were completed promptly.
