Excellent local knowledge, highly organised, brilliant!

My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. Apart from selecting and securing the property itself, Sonam was also helpful in recommending or referring third parties like movers to assist in our move. Before, during and after the move, Sonam has remained involved in discussions with the landlord, getting renovations completed by him and helping us with utilities and other related matters. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

Shirley has been super helpful finding a property that fits my expectation and price negotiation. She has got a proactive attitude, trying to help with all fronts from mortgage to insurance and property maintenance etc. She is a true problem solver.
