Andrea is a responsive and professional real estate agent whom I would unreservedly recommend to others or use again myself. She was very knowledgeable about the properties, and could easily answer questions about the properties and the local amenities such as supermarkets and transportation. Amelia is great to work with. She is very professional and very relaxed at the same time. I also appreciated the hand-selection of properties and the opportunity to make further selections by email first; it makes the whole process efficient and it's helpful in getting a sense of what the market is like. Overall, my experience with OKAY.com and with Amelia was superb!

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
