With so many ways to find an apartment in Hong Kong it's hard to know where to go and who to trust. From the very beginning I felt that Flo was on my side. She didn't push me until she knew I was ready and only showed me apartments that would actually be suitable. This saved a whole lot of time and stress. The appointments were well organized and after deciding to make an offer, Flo made an agreement with the landlord within an hour. After that everything was so smooth, she set up all the utilities and made sure everything in the apartment was working properly. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I immediately noticed how she was unlike any of the other agents I had worked with - she asked the right questions, noted the right good and bad characteristics of my apartment, etc. A few days later, I asked her to help with my own search. She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats.
