Stephanie very clearly understood our requirements and worked out a very relevant list of houses for us to view over a number of weekends. She is extremely knowledgeable and provided invaluable advice on issues with the area and the houses we inspected. She acted much more like a trusted friend and consultant rather than an agent. Once we settled on the property, she was great in helping to work out a price and to get an agreement with the vendor. She also helped to advise on a solicitor as well as provide banking contacts for obtaining a mortgage. Even after the sale was finalised she continued to provide great support in helping us set up the house for our move. We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them.
